This is a
course designed to give the officer the most up-dated combat training
with the police shotgun. The average law enforcement officer does not receive enough
training with the shotgun and as a result of lack of training will not
use one of the most effective weapons in certain use of force
situations.
This
is a fast moving survival course designed to give the instructor all
background and advancements with the police shotgun.
The instructors will know how to maintain the shotgun and several
other important training factors: |

from behind cover
- Tactical
loading
- Survival
stress issues with shotgun (gross motor skill training)
- Fundamentals
needed to control the firepower of the police shotgun

| Each
student must provide the following for the instructor course: |
- Police shotgun
- Ear and eye protection
- Ammunition:
300 rounds of light load, 50 rounds of 00 Buckshot, 10 rounds
of slug
- Cleaning equipment
- Raingear
- Note taking materials
